Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images and copying our text, word for word, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against people who infringe our copyright.

We discovered that on their webpage; http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/experts/article-2799829/tony-hetherington-london-mint-coin-collection-worth-tenth-paid.html they were clearly using our 1872 Victoria Young Head Sovereign photograph.
We have notified Associated Newspapers Limited (who run thismoney.com) of this infringement and a settlement has been agreed.
What’s Wrong With Copyright Infringement?
It is a civil wrong to use other people’s copyright work (by using high quality copyright photographs) without the owner’s consent.
