Legal Cases

During 2012, we pursued two cases against direct competitors who had infringed our copyright by using our coin images on their own websites. Both cases were settled before formal legal proceeding became necessary. We have had two more so far into 2013. Please take a look at the following links to find out more about each case.

Over £10,000

A settlement was made under a non-disclosure agreement.

In February 2013 we received £5,000 plus legal costs from Westminster Collections.

In early 2013 we received £5,000 plus legal costs from the London Mint Office.

GoldCore Limited of Dublin and London

On 20th January 2021, GoldCore Limited agreed to pay us compensation and legal costs for copyright infringement, which it finally admitted.
